Your responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly market reports on residential real estate in major Polish cities
• Market research on residential sectors: built to sell, build to rent, student housing etc.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for internal and client use
• Generate market forecasts and trend analyses
• Support business development
• Collaborate with the wider Living team to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Contribute to presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay current with market trends and developments in the residential sector

Our requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate market research, data analysis, or related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)

Optional

• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI)
• Statistical analysis skills
• GIS knowledge and mapping capabilities
• Knowledge of the residential real estate market in Poland
