Your responsibilities

• Enter and execute orders in SAP in cooperation with logistics
• Coordinate with logistics, customers, and other internal departments the delivery details
• Execute stockshifts in SAP based on the decision of the Planning team and inform logistics
• Support the daily management of stock levels and taking action to ensure availability
• Execute warranty exchanges based on the decision provided by the Technical Service team
• Manage transport damages or hidden damages (verification with customer, contact with service, coordination with logistics)
• Launch and control the process for credit and debit notes and follow them until the approval
• Support payment collections from customers
• Resolving customer’s queries, complaints and disputes, finding and updating customer regarding possible solutions, and coordinate internally if needed
• Support with additional general office tasks and reports

Our requirements

• Min. secondary school education or equivalent
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field
• Knowledge of SAP
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong administration skills with a high attention to detail
• MS Office skills, esp. Excel
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure
