Your responsibilities

• Providing support and guidance on software testing in the mobile application development process,
• Collaborating with the product team as a software quality expert,
• Implementing best practices in the agile software development process according to the organization’s goals and market trends,
• Building an internal community focused on quality, innovation, and personal growth,
• Offering technical support to product team members in software testing, including: test automation, functional testing, non-functional testing, exploratory testing, integration testing, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery,
• Assisting in task prioritization for the product team, considering the quality and timeliness of the delivered solutions,
• Supporting the creation and enforcement of agile software development standards set within the organization,
• Ensuring quality at every stage of the product's software development lifecycle.

• Extensive experience in software testing,
• Experience working in an agile development environment,
• Expertise in software testing and a willingness to share knowledge with others,
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern testing techniques and tools,
• A proactive problem-solving mindset,
• Openness to change and innovation,
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build communities,
• Willingness to dive into code and analyze production data,
• Strong drive to follow through with improvements and ideas,
• Willingness to come into the office in Gdańsk at least twice a week or to relocate to Trójmiasto,
• Good command of the English language.
