Your responsibilities

• Being the SME for software packaging for our Client
• Being the point of contact for the client in software packaging
• Team Leading
• Performing software packaging to ensure proper updates on endpoint devices (workstations & mobile phones)
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
• Troubleshooting in case of incidents
• Checking and testing patches incl. software packaging

Our requirements

• Software packaging knowledge
• Patching experience for MS Windows for workstations (Laptops) and mobile devices (iPhones)
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• English and German language is must have
