Your responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously improve quality control processes across the value chain: from incoming materials to in-line and final product release.
  • Ensure full compliance of lab operations (microbiology, packaging, chemical) with GMP, GLP, and corporate standards.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including customer audits.
  • Represent the plant during customer visits and audits, ensuring senior representation, proper coordination, and resource planning in collaboration with other departments.
  • Analyze and manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and safety-related quality incidents using root cause analysis (RCA) tools.
  • Maintain and develop documentation (test methods, work instructions, specifications, technical dossiers).
  • Ensure proper validation of test methods and cleaning/sanitization procedures.
  • Support the qualification and approval of alternative raw and packaging materials.
  • Support New Product Implementation and Changes Introduction processes by ensuring quality standards are met from the start, technical documentation is complete, and customer requirements are properly translated into plant procedures.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and R&D teams to define and implement quality standards.
  • Lead, develop and train the Quality team to maintain high engagement and performance.
  • Define quality KPIs and report performance to the Plant Director.
  • Promote and implement Operational Excellence initiatives focused on improving process efficiency, compliance, and product quality.
  • Actively support and strengthen a zero-defect culture across all operational teams.

Employer requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Management within FMCG or pharma manufacturing environment ( must have )
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional quality teams.
  • Solid knowledge of Quality Systems, GMP, HACCP, and relevant ISO standards.
  • Experience in managing audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with customer-oriented thinking.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
