Your responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data and systems, implementing robust financial controls and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to Polish tax laws and regulations.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and drive financial efficiency.
• Represent the company in financial matters with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a similar role within the automotive or distribution industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial integrity.
• Proficient in financial software and systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working experience and relationships with Automotive clients at both retail and wholesale level
