Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across key HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
Support the Head of Talent and HR Business Partner in daily HR operations and projects.
Manage and update HR systems (HRIS, ATS) to ensure smooth operation of performance management and engagement processes.
Maintain and improve our HR knowledge base on Confluence by organizing content and updating HR policy documentation.
Assist with HR project support through data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
Handle general HR administrative tasks and respond to manager inquiries, escalating complex issues where needed.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the HR function.
Ensure a positive employee experience by providing accurate and timely HR support.
Our requirements
Proven experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, with strong knowledge of HR processes.
Hands-on experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
