Your responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, supporting operational risk management including assessments, control environment, and audits.
• Promote data-driven, accountable decision-making and challenge inefficient or excessive controls.
• Provide specialist insights to improve the control environment and risk monitoring across the Data & Analytics Office (DAO).
• Design practical and effective processes and controls tailored to data and analytics functions.
• Identify trends to anticipate and respond to changes in the risk and control landscape.
• Influence the development and implementation of future-fit risk and regulatory frameworks.
• Deliver clear, evidence-based updates to senior management on operational risk changes.
• Collaborate globally across regions to maintain a strong and consistent risk profile.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data risk control or operational risk management within the data domain.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and control environments in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including remote team management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSP) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
