Your responsibilities

  • In this position you will…
  • be responsible for supporting commercial team in achieving business goals across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will be a key partner to sales managers, assisting them in preparation offers, reports and growth strategies. Key responsibilities include market trends and offers analysis and preparation, optimization of sales tools and close collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing and IT Teams both in region and globally.
  • You will be responsible for:
  • • Sales support:
  • o Support in preparing sales presentations and offers for potential and current partners.
  • o Tenders coordination – response preparation in cooperation with respectful departments.
  • o Presentations, reports, summaries for internal and external needs.
  • o Active participation in products implementation on discovery stage.
  • o Market research and trends tracking.
  • • Administrative Duties:
  • o Prepare sales-related documents – offer templates, product summaries.
  • o Deliver adhoc requests from the executive team in country and region.
  • o Track completeness of sales data in CRM tool.
  • o Generate and compile, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • You will require the following qualifications and skills:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field.
  • • 2+ years of experience in sales support, preferably in retail or electronics.
  • • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, CRM platforms and ERP systems.
  • • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
