  • We're looking for an Operations Manager to be a core part of our go-to-market (GTM) team. In
  • this role, you won't just support the business; you'll be instrumental in shaping our GTM strategy
  • and operational efficiency in Poland. You'll drive key initiatives, ensure our processes are smooth
  • and our data is accurate, and directly contribute to the success of our sales, marketing, and
  • customer success teams. Your responsibilities will include:
  • ● Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Drive the execution of sales planning activities
  • and collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to launch new offers
  • and campaigns.
  • ● Operational Efficiency: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in GTM programs, suggesting
  • and implementing improvements to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
  • ● Data and Reporting: Maintain data accuracy and prepare vital reports on sales
  • performance and other key metrics.
  • ● Process Management: Assist in managing our operating cadence and ensure day-to-day
  • operational tasks are executed effectively.
  • ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a critical link between various teams, ensuring
  • seamless communication and alignment on GTM initiatives.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally within high-growth start-up/scale-up environments, with an interest in Sales or Operations area.
  • Prior experience cooperating with Sales, Operations or/and Marketing teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track of records in project management and coordination of process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and clear process documentation.
  • Analytical mindset and curiosity to solve problems and suggest improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
  • Fluent Polish and English (C1) for effective communication, documentation, and presentations.

Optional

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
