• Plant Manager
• The Plant Manager will oversee and manage the production unit.
• He will be responsible for ensuring that the plant meets its production objectives, quality standards, safety regulations, and budgetary constraints.
• He will coordinate and supervise the activities of various departments, such as engineering, maintenance, production, quality control, and logistics.
• He will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes and workflows, managing and resolving operational problems and risks, and hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating plant employees.
• Responsibilities:
• • Define production objectives and performance indicators for the production site.
• • Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to optimize human and material resources.
• • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• • Analyze production results and propose corrective actions.
• • Supervise production teams and promote their professional development.
• • Ensure smooth communication with other company departments.
• • Continuously seek improvements to the production process.

Our requirements

• • Engineering degree required
• • At least 10 years of previous experience in production operations management in an industrial environment
• • Strong ability to manage conflict and resolve problems
• • Strong leadership and team management skills
• • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• • Ability to make informed decisions in emergency situations
