Twój zakres obowiązków

• Provide Level 2 support to employees and leaders on policies, procedures, benefits, and HR tools
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires
• Manage leave of absence processes and serve as the main contact
• Oversee residency and visa compliance for foreign employees
• Support offboarding and conduct exit interviews
• Support organizational transitions - including documentation, tracking tools, employee files
• Monitor labor law developments and recommend process updates
• Support HR project rollouts and implementations
• Identify and drive process improvements

Wymagania pracodawcy

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law
• Fluent in Polish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional, diplomatic, customer-focused
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Relationship-oriented and effective in multicultural, cross-functional teams
• Independent, well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
