Your responsibilities

  • Acting as a strategic partner for local managers, supporting organisational, leadership, and talent development, as well as fostering culture, values, and performance across the region
  • Providing expert advice and coaching to managers on people-related matters and employee growth
  • Serving as the local interface for Centres of Excellence (CoE) and business functions in implementing regional HR strategy and global HR initiatives
  • Ensuring smooth processes in onboarding, employer branding, recruitment, training, rotation, offboarding, and terminations
  • Driving the regional execution of the Annual People Cycle activities (People Review, Annual Development Dialogue, Engagement, Merit, Bonus)
  • Leading P&C transformation activities in the region, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with DOVISTA’s growth
  • Participating in the implementation and use of modern HR system
  • Continuously improving and optimising P&C processes, removing unnecessary complexity
  • Defining and maintaining local policies and structures in compliance with current legislation
  • Being an active member of the global HR Business Partner community

Our requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably in manufacturing
  • University degree in law, administration, or human resources
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Solid knowledge of labour law
  • Experience in communication and cooperation with trade unions
  • Experience in a production/manufacturing work environment
  • Coaching skills and ability to support managers in people development
  • Experience working with HR systems; participation in HR system implementation is an advantage
  • Change management capabilities, strong communication skills, and high social competence
  • Business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and resilience
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset with high personal standards
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Strong teamwork skills and cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Recognised as a trusted advisor and an effective gatekeeper
