Your responsibilities

• providing excellent customer service (supporting Romanian clients)
• building up positive relationships with customers resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
• monitoring of the situation on financial markets working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
• cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments

Our requirements

• romanian language - native or proficiency level required
• esponsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
• strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
• good knowledge of MS Office

Optional

• previous experience in a customer service role
• knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
