Your responsibilities

• Development & Execution: Leveraging supplier promotions, creating and executing end-to-end promotional concepts, setting up and managing campaigns in the CRM system, and launching paid advertising campaigns (Meta and Google Ads).
• Messaging & Channels: Planning and executing multi-channel campaign communications across various channels (CRM: push notifcations, email, in-app messages, banners), while crafting compelling marketing copy.
• Performance & Optimization: Monitoring campaign performance through clicks, conversions, and pricing management.
• Competitive Analysis: Regularly monitoring competitor pricing on other e-commerce platforms to ensure our oferings remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
• Resources & Collaboration: Collaborating with graphic designers or independently creating visuals using Canva or similar tools.

Our requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally within the beauty/cosmetics category.
• Hands-on experience with campaign tools (CRM).
• Proven experience setting up and managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce promotion mechanics.
• Fluent in Polish and English

Optional

• Strong copywriting skills, focusing on performance-driven messaging.
• Visual content creation skills using Canva (or similar tools).
• Excellent self-organization, with a high level of independence and a results-oriented approach.
