Your responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring ENGIE Group’s ethical procedures within Polish entities
• Preparing compliance reports related to ethics
• Participating in the creation and updating of internal documentation on ethics and compliance
• Conducting training sessions and information campaigns on ethics and compliance
• Providing ongoing legal advice to Group companies, particularly in the areas of labor law, contractual obligations, and legal proceedings
• Supporting contract review and negotiations
• Liaising with external law firms and regulatory bodies (as needed)
• Conducting internal investigations

Our requirements

• Higher education in law (Master of Law degree)
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law office
• Very good knowledge of civil law, contract law, and labor law
• Familiarity with compliance, business ethics, and/or corporate governance is a plus
• Ability to work in an international environment and communicate with various stakeholders
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
• High professional ethics, independence, and responsibility
• Strong analytical thinking and effective work organization skills
