Twój zakres obowiązków

• Preparation, review and analysis of weekly and monthly management information
• Assist in interpreting results and drafting monthly financial commentary for the Board of Directors, Management Team and banks
• Support the hostel General and Area Managers to understand their accounts and the impact of their forecasts
• Co-ordinate the budget process
• Assist in suggesting and delivering improvements to the format and content of management reports, covering financial information and key performance indicators
• Prepare financial information for Operational Performance reviews of the Hostels and Central Office
• Assist with the preparation of business plans and feasibility studies for acquiring potential new properties for the portfolio
• Assist with the monitoring and controlling of revenues and costs
• Ad hoc projects typical for this type of role
• Implement processes and policies to improve the financial control of the business and also to suggest improvements to these
• Group consolidation and preparation of financial statements under IFRS
• Month end JNLs postings and reviewing them.
• Help when needed in finalizing the month end accounts.
• Review Balance sheet reconciliations and controls.
• Assist in preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations when needed.
• Assist when needed on the preparation of Management Accounts.
• Present monthly results to CFO/COO/Chairman.

Nasze wymagania

• A chartered Qualified Accountant
• 5 years post qualified
• > 10 years in Accounting & Finance
• Financial Reporting including Management and Annual Accounts.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Cashflow forecasting
• Dynamic 365
