Your responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the HR team to ensure effective task distribution and performance.
• Implement and improve HR policies and procedures aligned with Polish labor law and Epcido standards.
• Ensure legal compliance across all HR operations.
• Deliver regular reports and data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
• Resolve employee concerns with professionalism and care.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR compliance.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• A proactive, result-oriented mindset with a passion for people and process improvement.
