Your responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities – MEP Design Coordination Support:
• Assist in coordinating MEP design activities across Frontex teams, Investor’s Engineer, and Contractor
• Monitor design progress and compliance with schedule and technical requirements
• Participate in design reviews and consolidate technical feedback from stakeholders
• Support stakeholder communication and prepare documentation for internal decision-making
• Track and document design changes, including impact assessments on cost, compliance, and timeline
• Liaise with sustainability experts to monitor alignment with BREEAM and EU Taxonomy standards
• Oversee documentation and data exchange in the Common Data Environment (CDE), in collaboration with BIM and CDE experts

Employer requirements

• At least five years relevant experience in project management specifically at implementation and monitoring stage;
• Familiarity with construction management administration
• Knowledge of EU budgetary and procurement procedures and financial guidelines
• Experience in supervising large scale office projects.
• Knowledge of Polish and/or European Building Standards.
• English language level min. B2 - work entirely in English;
