Your responsibilities

• Managing the modernization project of the CHP plant in Częstochowa, with budget of approximately EUR 100 million, across various areas (safety, objectives, budget, schedule, risks, changes) during execution phase.
• Organizing and leading the Project Team.
• Organizing and supervising work in the areas of design, procurement, delivery control, construction, assembly, and commissioning.
• Managing and overseeing the work of consultants, advisors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Leading negotiations of key project contracts (EPC, EPCM, and others).
• Managing project documentation.
• Reporting to Steering Committees.
• Preparing comprehensive documentation for investment committees to obtain the necessary corporate approvals.

Our requirements

• Higher technical education.
• 5 years of practical experience in the energy sector and in managing investment projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale investment projects during the execution phase, confirmed by references (greenfield or brownfield projects).
• Experience in managing investments in the EPCM model is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze technical and legal documentation.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2), including technical language. The project is conducted both in Polish and English language.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Presentation skills.
• Contract negotiation, supervision, and settlement skills.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations.
• Energy or construction licenses are a plus.
• A safety-oriented mindset.
• Category B driving license.
• Willingness to travel to project site during the implementation phase (Częstochowa).
