Your responsibilities

• Lead, Design, and Shape the Future of Our Products
• As Product Design Lead, you’ll guide a small, skilled Design Team (two senior designers and you) while being hands-on with design workk.
• You’ll work in cross-functional product teams, where each designer partners with a product manager, tech lead, and technology team to solve complex design challenges—not just execute tasks. You’ll collaborate directly with international customers, leading research, testing concepts, and ensuring our designs meet real user needs.
• Reporting to and collaborating closely with the CTO/CPO, you will help influence the product vision and roadmap, aligning design strategy with business objectives. You will champion user-centered design, usability best practices, and scalable design systems while mentoring the team to maintain high standards of quality and innovation.
• This role requires both leadership and execution. It balances mentorship, strategic thinking, and hands-on design to create intuitive, impactful product experiences. Our requirements

• Proven Experience in Design & Leadership – You have a strong background in both designing and leading a two-person team, ideally in a small but high-performing environment. You know how to mentor designers while staying hands-on with design work.
• Understanding of Design Principles & Systems – You bring expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, usability, and scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Expertise in Creating High-Quality Design Artifacts – You can efficiently produce wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user journey maps.
• Mastery of Design Tools – You’re highly skilled in Figma, Miro, and other industry-standard tools to create, test, and refine high-quality designs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – You understand product analytics and how to use data to guide design improvements, measure success, and optimize user experiences.
• Experience with Complex Applications – You’ve designed business-oriented web and mobile applications, tackling sophisticated workflows and making them intuitive and efficient for users.
• Excellent Communication & Fluent English– You can confidently communicate with internal stakeholders and present designs to international customers, translating insights into impactful design decisions.
