• Job Description: TIG Welder
• We are currently seeking skilled and experienced TIG welder to join our company in Poland.Immediately after contract signing you will be sent to France fir approximately 1 year to acquire Superalloy welding procedures .
• As a TIG welder, your responsibilities will include welding various metal components using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding process. You will be expected to interpret engineering instructions and , select appropriate welding materials, and operate welding equipment efficiently and safely.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform TIG welding operations on a variety of metal components specially super alloy , Turbine Parts . , ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.
• Analyse engineering instructions to determine welding specifications, materials, and appropriate techniques.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Conduct post-weld inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members achieve overall organisational goals.

Nasze wymagania

• Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience as a TIG welder, with a good reference from your previous work.
• Good understanding of the TIG welding process, with the ability to weld various metals, such as stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent hand-eye coordination .
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures related to welding operations.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules.
