Your responsibilities

  • Act as a local OneSoil representative, helping farmers and agribusinesses implement our smart solutions;
  • Handle inbound leads and client inquiries;
  • Develop market entry strategies and grow OneSoil’s presence in your region;
  • Analyze the local market and understand client needs;
  • Work with lead lists and prospects generated by our pre-sales team;
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiate deals;
  • Drive deals to closure and ensure smooth onboarding;
  • Attend exhibitions and events to build connections;
  • Work in CRM and IP telephony systems.

Our requirements

  • Experience in the fields of Agro / IT / SaaS / Food industry / Fintech;
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience;
  • Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian — bonus points for Polish!
  • You are similar with the definition of sales funnel and confident in negotiation techniques;
  • Able to build sales strategies and handle long-cycle deals;
  • You’re focused on highlighting product strengths and creating individual value for each client;
  • Comfortable with sales scripts, CRM systems, and IP telephony and have an understanding why they matter;
  • You can handle objections, build trust, and connect with a wide range of people;
  • You’re active, communicative, and a can handle a lot of tasks;
  • You have a positive mindset and an open to new ideas and opportunities;
  • You’re growth-oriented and never settle for "good enough";
  • Have we mentioned? You’re great at presenting value and closing deals 🔥
