Twój zakres obowiązków

• Providing day-to-day legal support to business units, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, including Pepco Group operations across foreign jurisdictions.
• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of corporate and commercial documents, including shareholders’ resolutions, board resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate policies, and commercial contracts.
• Maintaining corporate documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Supporting regulatory filings and handling communication with external law firms and regulatory authorities.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company’s operations and ensuring appropriate internal dissemination.
• Coordinating document execution processes, managing internal and external approval workflows, and ensuring proper archiving of executed documents.
• Collaborating closely with other departments (including Group Legal, Compliance, and Finance/Tax) to deliver integrated, business-aligned legal support.

Nasze wymagania

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Bar admission completed or currently in progress.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience gained in an in-house legal department or a corporate law firm.
• Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law.
• Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
• Working proficiency in English (both written and spoken), allowing for confident legal and business communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate complex processes.
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset with a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 2–3 days per week spent in the Poznań office.
