Your responsibilities

  • Manage named resellers from the existing database, build long-term relationships, achieve sales targets, and report results.
  • Acquire and activate new resellers for Microsoft Business Application.
  • Use data to drive go-to-market execution with partners and create, co-organize, and execute go-to-market activities.
  • Participate in industry events like summits and bootcamps.
  • Stay updated with knowledge and certifications in Microsoft BizApp.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to resellers or during events.
  • Cooperate with other departments (marketing, technical) and the central team.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Polish and at least B2 level proficiency in English
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player
  • Certification in Business Automation is a plus
