Your responsibilities

• "Invoice processing (PO and NON-PO in IMAP)
• Handling bank statements and reconciliation on vendor’s account
• Open items analysis
• Handling client queries
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
• Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets"

Our requirements

• "At minimum 6 months of experience in AP
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
• Problem solving, result-oriented, eye to detail
• Clear understand of the big picture as well as data related details and strong analytical skills.
• Very good teamwork
• Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
• Customer orientation and proactive approach
• Stress resistance
• Good Excel knowledge"
