Your responsibilities

• Process and post incoming invoices in SAP in line with internal procedures and deadlines
• Reconcile Intercompany transactions and resolve any accounting discrepancies
• Manage employee expense reports, vendor payments, and account reconciliations
• Cooperate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve invoice/payment-related issues
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes and contribute to improving AP processes

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of practical experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in an international finance or accounting setting
• Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, with hands-on experience applying American accounting standards – this is a key requirement
• Hands-on experience working with SAP ERP in day-to-day accounting operations
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fluent English—both written and spoken, suitable for daily communication in a global team
• Residing in Poland required
