Provide on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services for SANY heavy machinery, including excavators, cranes, and other construction equipment.
Support the pre-delivery inspection (PDI), machine commissioning, and trial run processes.
Identify technical issues and provide professional solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Train clients and local technicians on operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Cooperate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize machine downtime.
Document service activities, technical reports, and spare parts requirements accurately.
Provide feedback to R&D and product support teams for continuous improvement of equipment.
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing construction machinery or heavy equipment.
Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and electronic control systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and diagnostic software.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English or Polish; Chinese language is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and occasionally abroad.
