Your responsibilities

  • Supporting corporate customers by:
  • Coordinating the complaint handling process
  • Providing expert advice on product range, availability, and order status
  • Receiving and processing customer orders in the system
  • Participating in demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure product availability for customers
  • Implementing customer service standards and continuously improving the process
  • Managing documentation and processes — supervising price list updates, checking the accuracy of data in systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring process compliance with central agreements, and effectively implementing changes
  • Working closely with sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer service
  • Ensuring proper communication between sales, customer service, marketing, and logistics teams regarding promotions, product changes, prices, etc.
  • Support the Sales Director and Key Account Managers by:
  • Assisting in the preparation of commercial offers
  • Analyzing data from Eastern European markets, preparing reports and summaries, and recommending actions based on business analysis and market observations
  • Supporting portfolio development by organizing and monitoring the effectiveness of sales activities aimed at expanding cooperation with key accounts
  • Organizing participation in trade fairs, local and international sales meetings, and other projects supporting business activities
  • Implementing and coordinating loyalty programs and other initiatives aimed at increasing the satisfaction and engagement of key customers
  • Assisting in organizing and conducting training for sales teams and providing substantive support in managing key customers

Our requirements

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in key account management, B2B sales, or customer service
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of marketing: proficiency in marketing statements and understanding of sales and promotion processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well-developed organizational skills (effective time management, setting task priorities, and meeting deadlines)
  • Independence in performing tasks
  • Experience in preparing and interpreting financial and market analyses and reports
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, determination in action and goal orientation
  • Experience in an international environment and/or knowledge of the SAP system will be an additional advantage
