We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the platform’s performance, implementing new modules, and supporting end-users. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and improve the overall efficiency of the organization’s IT operations.

Your responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and upgrades.
Implement and manage ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure workflows, forms, and reports to meet business needs.
Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into IT service performance.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices.
Our requirements
3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in configuring and managing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) for workflow automation.
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Optional
Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, or Performance Analytics.
Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
