Your responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our commercial growth. This is a foundational, hands-on role for a true "hunter" who thrives on identifying and closing new business opportunities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in building our sales engine from the ground up, defining and executing a winning sales and marketing strategy, and directly contributing to our market expansion in Poland, Europe and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing startup and shape the future of how businesses leverage perfect data.
  • Build and execute a scalable sales strategy, aligned with company goals
  • Source and close new deals (Tier-1 & 2 CPG brands, retail chains, partners)
  • Collaborate with product and ops teams to ensure client feedback shapes roadmap
  • Develop value-driven sales materials and outreach campaigns
  • Establish performance metrics, forecast pipeline, and report regularly to leadership
  • Potential to build and lead a team over time

Our requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, analytics, or retail-tech preferred)
  • Proven ability to hunt and close enterprise deals (ideally in data or insights space)
  • Ideally has worked for a research firm (e.g. Ipsos, NielsenIQ, Kantar) or with insight-based products
  • Strong grasp of quantitative research models and how to sell insights-based solutions
  • Self-starter mindset; thrives in lean startup environments
  • Strong command of modern sales & marketing tech stack (CRM, outreach automation, lead gen tools, etc.)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive go-to-market plans
