Your responsibilities

• This position gives you an opportunity to deliver the highest levels of customer experience in accordance with our standards and targets. You will respond timely and effectively to our Client's and Distributors' (Members) queries via all channels of communication and assure proper data maintenance. You will support technical and ad hoc project roll-outs, including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing. You will be an Ambassador of Herbalife Brand in line with corporate values and EMEA goals to assure the brand image is maintained.

Our requirements

• Proficient command of English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong knowledge of Danish or Finnish (minimum B2 level).
• A positive, outgoing demeanor and collaborative spirit.
• Genuine motivation to contribute meaningfully to the team, internal stakeholders, and our Members.
• Ability to coach, guide, and inspire Members effectively.
• Self-driven with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and team-oriented mindset.
• Solid PC literacy.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
