Your responsibilities

• Co-manage a team of analysts
• Provide support to senior team member
• Preparation of comprehensive decks
• Financial modeling and analysis
• Market research
• Post investment monitoring of companies/project performance
• Periodic review reports of existing portfolio companies/projects
• Analyze new investment prospects and be active in the acquisition/execution process
• Create corporate presentations
• Support strategic reviews for specific portfolio companies/projects to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholder value

Employer requirements

• Experience in investment analysis and real estate is not essential, but the experience gained in investment banking, private equity, VC, MBB companies/consulting companies or real estate is advantageous
• An intelligent and dynamic personality with strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated
• Business-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop within the real estate world
• Preference to work on many projects at the same time
• Strong PowerPoint capabilities
• Good Excel capabilities
• Excellent English
