Twój zakres obowiązków

• Work for two production sites located in Skwierzyna and Toporów
• Comprehensive oversight of financial operations and compliance with legal regulations
• Cost of production control
• Inventory management control (supervision and reconciliation of monthly and annual stocktakes)
• Coordination of accounting period closures (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Timely preparation of reports for the Group and external institutions (e.g. Statistics Poland – GUS)
• Responsibility for intercompany settlements in line with the transfer pricing policy
• Close cooperation with the Finance Department in Finland
• Support during audits and liaison with external institutions
• Collaboration in implementing new system solutions in the finance area (in cooperation with the IT department, Finance Department in Finland, and external accounting office)
• Preparation of management reports for business units
• Budget preparation and monitoring (annual and quarterly)
• Management of financial liquidity, cash flow, and relations with banks
• Preparation of profitability analyses, financial models, and business scenarios
• Monitoring KPIs and investment profitability analysis
• Settlement of investment projects
• Calculation of property tax
• Strategic support for the management board through financial and operational analyses
• Development of the controlling system and reporting tools
• Adaptation of financial processes to evolving business needs
• Participation in cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects
• Acting as a key ERP user in finance-related areas
• Cross-functional cooperation and acting as a business partner to other departments
• Collaboration with an external accounting office
• Management of the controlling team (currently 1 direct report)

Nasze wymagania

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience as Chief Accountant or Independent Accountant in a manufacturing company (experience in an international environment will be an asset)
• Hands-on knowledge of controlling in a production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory valuation, and cost calculation
• Knowledge of management and financial accounting principles, including IFRS
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
