Your responsibilities

  • Acquiring new business partners and co-developing long-term sales strategies.
  • Managing sales performance and the profitability of assigned clients in line with established goals and budget plans.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and concluding annual and periodic contracts.
  • Creating and executing business plans that include marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities.
  • Coordinating the implementation of new products and projects for clients.
  • Building lasting, positive relationships with the company's existing clients.
  • Analyzing the market, monitoring the competition, and assessing the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

Our requirements

  • Experience in international sales (physical product).
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian or German is an additional advantage).
  • Willingness to travel frequently on business trips.
  • Independence and proactiveness.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Driving license (category B).
