Your responsibilities

• Creating visualizations of the orthodontic treatment process based on analysis and implementing instructions from the doctor

Our requirements

• Secondary education
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of English or Polish at a minimum C1 level
• Knowledge of Turkish or German at a minimum B2 level
• Self-discipline and motivation to learn
• Commitment and goal-oriented focus

What we offer

• Employment contract

• Base salary of 6,200 PLN gross, with the possibility of earning a monthly bonus of up to 12% of the base salary.

• A 2-month onboarding training package covering dental knowledge and the use of proprietary software in the CAD/CAM environment.

• On-site work during the onboarding training and certification period (approximately 7 months).

• After completing certification, we offer a flexible work model that includes up to 6 months of remote work, 3 months in the office, followed by another 6 months of remote work, available to individuals who meet quality and quantity goals.

• A clear development path that allows for promotion within a year, provided full certification is obtained and required quality and productivity results are achieved.

• Working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

• The possibility of obtaining full certification within a year (depending on quality and productivity results) and promotion within the CAD Designer career path.
