Your responsibilities

• Support in establishing and implementing the Operating Experience Program through developing strategies, processes, and procedures.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders on all levels as required where it relates to actions from OE-processes.
• Analyse Operating Experience (OE) reports and recommend appropriate action to be taken.
• Manage and perform assigned corrective actions.
• Scoping of tasks for technical advisors, such as technical studies, benchmarks etc.
• Contribute to benchmark and self-assessment exercises as required.
• Act as technical coordinator/administrator for Operating Experience processes.

Our requirements

• Batchelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field
• Proactive and solution-minded attitude.
• Ability to communicate in English on professional level.
• Basic knowledge of power plant systems and components.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Experience in writing technical reports.
• In accordance with the Company’s regulations, each new employee must have a security clearance authorizing access to classified information marked at least as “confidential,” or be willing to undergo a security clearance procedure to obtain the appropriate security clearance authorizing access to classified information.

Optional

• Experience in developing and managing/coordination of management processes.
• Experience of causal analysis methods, such as Root and Apparent Cause analysis highly desirable.
• Previous role in Operations & Maintenance department is highly desirable.
• Expertise in implementing and managing plant management programs, such as Operating Experience, Lessons Learned, Corrective Action Programme programs would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of nuclear regulations such as NRC, IAEA, WANO would be beneficial.
