Your responsibilities

• Conducting competitive intelligence and benchmarking research within the legal industry to stay ahead of market trends.
• Providing market intelligence to enhance the effectiveness and precision of marketing campaigns.
• Developing comprehensive reports comparing the Firm's offerings and strategies with those of competitors.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports that convey key insights and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Analysing data and client behaviour, preferences, and satisfaction to uncover market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
• Performing targeted research on clients, industries, and markets utilising both publicly available and subscription-based resources.
• Contributing to the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Supporting the development of client segmentation models to customise products, services, and communication strategies effectively.

Our requirements

• Experience in strategic research, competitive intelligence, or market analysis, preferably in professional services.
• Familiar with research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Experience creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate complex insights.
• Basic understanding of dashboard creation and performance metrics visualization.
• Experience in analysing client behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of client segmentation principles and applications.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication with ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (C1 or C2 level).
