Your responsibilities

• We work from Monday to Friday and support both Eqology Customers and Business Partners via phone and e-mail. Therefore, this position is not only about regular Customer Service. Our phone lines are open daily from 9-14, the remaining time agents work on e-mail tickets and other extra tasks (i.a. translations, payments, system improvements).

• have excellent knowledge in Danish and Polish; both spoken and written
• have very good knowledge in English; both spoken and written
• other European language would be an asset
• possess very good communication skills
• are self-motivated
