Your responsibilities

  • Support the development of marketing strategies addressing diverse international markets and professional B2B customer segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Assist in creating detailed marketing plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and trade channels with clear B2B targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality, compelling marketing materials tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Develop and manage professional marketing content, including brochures, technical sheets, case studies, website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all international marketing channels.
  • Coordinate content distribution to maximize visibility and lead generation in key markets.
  • -Apply strong DTP (desktop publishing) skills to design and produce polished marketing materials.
  • Contribute to maintaining and strengthening Grafotronic’s brand as an industry-leading supplier of advanced converting solutions.
  • Monitor online presence and customer feedback to uphold a strong professional reputation.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Event Coordination (International Focus)
  • Plan and organize participation in trade shows, conferences, and webinars in key global markets.
  • Oversee event logistics, including vendor management, shipping of equipment or materials, and production of promotional assets.
  • Support post-event evaluations and reporting to optimize future participation.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Produce monthly spending reports and ad hoc analyses for the management team.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, delivering monthly metrics reports that inform strategic decisions.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in international B2B contexts.
  • -Outstanding English communication skills (written and spoken) — absolutely essential.
  • Strong DTP (desktop publishing) skills for producing professional marketing materials.
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
