About the project

• Pandora is undergoing a major digital transformation to modernize its global supply chain with scalable, cloud-native solutions. The Supply Chain Technology stream is focused on designing and building robust data pipelines, integration layers, and data products that support planning, merchandising, and manufacturing operations.
• Leveraging Azure technologies (Data Factory, Databricks, Event Hubs), Kafka, and a microservices-based architecture, the team is enabling real-time data flow, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities. Operating in a scaled Agile model, the teams deliver iteratively with a strong focus on business outcomes and system resilience.
• As a Senior Data & Integration Engineer, you will be at the forefront of this initiative, helping to connect systems, transform data at scale, and deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions across the supply chain domain.

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration flows across supply chain systems
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, Event Hubs, and microservices
• Develop and maintain data models and data products to support planning, merchandising, and manufacturing use cases
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand user workflows and optimize end-to-end system behavior
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and technical refinement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Ensure adherence to DevSecOps practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability
• Support the definition and execution of test cases and data validation activities to ensure solution quality
• Document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures to support long-term maintainability

Our requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hubs, and related Azure services
• Proficiency in data integration and event-driven architecture (e.g., using Kafka)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and building data pipelines at scale
• Experience with SQL (preferably T-SQL on Azure SQL), and scripting in Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring/logging frameworks
• Working knowledge of microservices architecture and system-to-system integrations
• Exposure to DevSecOps principles and cloud-native delivery models
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with product-oriented delivery
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering business value and operational excellence
