Your responsibilities

  • Analyzing customer needs to determine suitable solutions that support the sales strategies
  • Supporting the development of revenue-producing propositions in regard to sales variable compensation, customer segmentation, and sales structure & staffing, based on research, modelling and impact analysis
  • Develop solutions, models and processes that improve decision-making and organisational effectiveness.
  • Preparing presentations for delivery to customers and stakeholders
  • Monitoring and tracking the completion of projects, coordinating with the project team and other stakeholders as required

Employer requirements

  • Fluency in English (min. C1)
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to interpret volumes of complex data and draw logical conclusions
  • Results-oriented and commercially aware
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good conceptual thinking ability
  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx is a plus
