About the project

• The project focuses on analyzing and improving the quality of KYC (Know Your Customer) data. Key activities include identifying gaps and inconsistencies in existing data, collaborating with business and IT teams to implement data standards, and supporting the rollout of a centralized Group KYC tool. The project also involves developing a Business Information Model (BIM), monitoring data quality metrics, resolving data issues, and documenting data definitions and lineage. It ensures smooth data migration and integration during system implementations, promotes data governance best practices, and provides consultation to agile teams.

Your responsibilities

• Be part of a large transformation program delivering the Group KYC Tool, an enterprise-wide solution for our banking client
• Operate within a team to design processes, rules, solution options and drive outcomes
• Drive capabilities design with team members and stakeholders through prototyping, bringing your knowledge and experience as the key tool
• Guide and support detailed requirements teams on capability context and solution decisions to help create strong specs for development
• Collaborate with the Design Function Lead and other designers to maximize an efficient and joined-up solution

Our requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the AML and KYC domain
• Deep understanding of financial crime regulations, organizational risk appetite, and ability to develop effective Risk-Based Approach (RBA) and treatment strategies
• Experience leading design teams or managing projects to design KYC controls, processes, and solutions
• Very good knowledge of advanced SQL queries and familiarity with another programming languages, e.g. Python, R, Java and Scala
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to win support and influence decisions
• Leadership skills with a strong "get things done" attitude
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Residing in Poland required
