Your responsibilities

• Preparing preferential origin calculations for PPG products
• Preparation of preferential supplier’s declaration documents on request from the stakeholders
• Collection and maintenance of preferential supplier’s declarations
• Supporting external suppliers and customers with origin related requests via mail and electronic /phone communication
• Maintaining and monitoring of origin related master data in ERP and GTM in cooperation with Master Data team
• Ensuring that suitable audit trails / change control is in place to ensure data integrity and control
• Support of external and internal audit commitments
• Implement post audit corrective actions
• Handling requests from various internal customers related to customs matters
• Responding to incoming queries in a timely and professional manner to deliver a positive customer experience in each interaction.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external parties
• Cooperation with stakeholders regarding execution of commissioned assignments
• Reporting and communicating of performance

Our requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customs/foreign trade
• Experience with preferential origin & CoO determination
• Degree level in administration or logistics
• Organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Creative analytical / investigative skills
• Must be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (including Excel and Outlook)
• Strong computer skills. Experience with SAP and Oracle R12 is preferred but not required
• Strong oral and written communication skills and good customer orientation skills1
