Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to build and execute digital strategies tailored to each product category across European markets.
• Plan and deliver Digital KPIs / Metrics for campaigns.
• Bring strategic thinking, audience insight, and a test-and-learn mindset to every campaign
• Work with creative agencies to plan and develop social media content calendars based on the agreed strategies.
• Create, adapt, and refine content for different platforms using creative tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and others.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) to enhance content ideation, creation, and automation.
• Stay up to date with digital and social trends—and apply them strategically.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Our requirements

• Degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, Business, or Communication.
• 3+ years of hands-on digital experience in content marketing creation, digital advertising, cooperation with influencers or social media – preferable beauty/ cosmetic sector or a media agency.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their unique audiences.
• Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing apps, etc.
• Familiar and live experience with content creation using AI tools including Static and Video content.
• Experience working with agencies and internal stakeholders to execute aligned campaigns.
• Strong visual and copywriting instincts—creative, clever, and on-brand.
• Comfortable interpreting performance data and using it to drive improvements.
• A compelling portfolio is required to showcase your creativity and results-driven approach.
• Strong organizer, communicator, and fluent in English.
