• Are you ready to take on the technological challenges of Corporate Banking in an international environment?

Your responsibilities

• Graduate IT Business Analysts understand and analyze business needs, with the aim of developing applications. They ensure that the solution meets the functional and technical requirements. They act as the contact person, and they bridge the gap between IT and the business.
• Main activities:
• ✓ You will contribute to preliminary studies in liaison with the business line.
• ✓ You will formalize the need and ensure it is approved by the business line.
• ✓ You will clarify, perform critical and constructive analysis of the business line’s needs.
• ✓ You’ll define and obtain approval of the requirements set out to cover the needs
• ✓ You will cooperate with developers to help them understand business needs.
• ✓ You will support the business line in carrying out user tests.
• ✓ You will contribute, in conjunction with the business line, to change management and roll out for the end customer.
• ✓ You’ll help to identify business line impacts generated by the solution and with the development of action plans.

Our requirements

• The Graduate Program is looking for the following profile:
• ✓ People who graduated less than 2 years ago and have up to 24 months of professional experience (excluding internships, apprenticeships) from the date of graduation.
• ✓ Bac+ degree from an engineering school or equivalent university with an IT specialization.
• Passionate about new technologies.
• ✓ Willingness and ability to work with local and remote multicultural teams.
• ✓ Interest in corporate finance.
• ✓ Available to start fulltime since September
• In terms of technical skills, you’re the person we’re looking for if:
• ✓ You have a great understanding of Agile practices and Scrum methodology and IT Business Analyst role.
• ✓ You have good costumer relationship as well as costumer journey approach.
• ✓ You have a basic understanding of Architecture and Data Knowledge.
• ✓ You have a good understanding of IT tests.
• ✓ You may have basic knowledge on Finance, Accounting and Banks areas.
• Regarding soft skills, we’re looking for you if:
• ✓ You speak fluent English.
• ✓ You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a good team spirit.
• ✓ You are focused on your client’s satisfaction and in delivering results.
• ✓ You are able to share knowledge, while being able to synthesize information.
• ✓ You demonstrated ability to manage projects and adapt processes.
• ✓ You have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
