Your responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex business and operational data to support data-driven decision-making in our fulfillment operations
• Build, maintain, and scale dashboards and reports using Looker Studio to support both strategic and operational decisions
• Design and implement data models and ETL pipelines in BigQuery, ensuring high data quality and automation via dbt
• Collaborate closely with operations, product, and management teams to define KPIs and develop actionable insights
• Identify areas for improvement and develop analytical solutions to optimize processes – from warehouse efficiency to customer experience
• Contribute to the evolution of our GCP-based BI stack, including documentation, monitoring, and scaling

Our requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a data-driven role (e.g. Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Engineer)
• Strong SQL and Google BigQuery skills, ideally with experience in data modeling, query optimization, and permission structures
• Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, preferably with dbt (data build tool)
• Proficiency in Looker Studio or similar reporting tools on the Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and drive actionable insights for operational and strategic use
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across departments
• Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Optional

• Experience with additional Google Cloud services such as Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Storage, or Cloud Functions
• Skills in Python for data automation or API integration
• Understanding of data governance and GCP role/access control
• Industry experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or operations-related analytics
• Passion for innovation, performance monitoring, and improving BI processes continuously
