Your responsibilities

• Responding to received inquires (MICE & groups )
• Preparation of offers & contracts in accordance with current business conditions and pricing policy
• Follow up on sent offers
• Conduct on-site inspections for existing or prospective clients

Our requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in the hotel
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Good interpersonal skills , communicativeness, well organized
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English (written and spoken)
