Your responsibilities

• Managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of medium to large-scale business or IT projects,
• Preparing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in line with stakeholder expectations,
• Monitoring and reporting project progress;
• Managing and mitigating risks, handling issues proactively and escalating when needed,
• Leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring team engagement and performance,
• Driving benefit realization by aligning project outcomes with business goals,
• Coordinating stakeholder communication across all levels and functions,
• Supporting change management activities in line with ACT methodology,
• Providing project documentation and ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards,
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Our requirements

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields,
• At least 5 years of experience in project management; logistics experience is a strong asset,
• Good knowledge of project management and change methodologies;
• Experience in both business and IT project delivery is highly valued,
• Professional project management certification (PMI PMP, Prince2, IPMA Level C etc.) is desirable,
• Minimum Upper Intermediate level in English, both verbal and written, is a must,
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills,
• Willing to work cooperatively as a team member,
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit.
