Your responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect outstanding debt via calls and emails
• Issue and monitor reminders (automatic and manual)
• Perform AR reconciliations and resolve unapplied payments
• Support Cash Application Team with missing remittance advice
• Escalate overdue accounts when needed
• Report on collections activity and AR status

Our requirements

• Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred
• Proven experience in Accounts Receivables or Collections
• Strong knowledge of AR and dispute management processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
